Series
The initial trade program was spotty, with several volume numbers skipped. A re-launched series of trades was announced in 2005 which would have filled in the gaps; new editions of the first two volumes were published, but several others that were announced were never released. These seem to have been replaced by the Compendium editions, and another re-launched series of trades beginning with the old volumes 10 and 11 (which will also be contained in Compendium 2).
