Hardcovers/10th Anniversary trades
Originally, the series was released as un-titled trades (listed above) with four issues each, and oversized titled hardcovers each collecting an arc. In 2005, a new series of trades was begun, the contents of which coincided with the hardcovers. As these new trades are released, they will be noted in the entries below.
