Indexed are all creators listed on the pages. Inkers are, unfortunately, pretty spotty; they were put on the pages if they were singularly important to a book; if the source I was copying the information from listed them and there weren't too many of them; or if the whim took me. Sorry, inkers; no offense intended.

References are to pages; from there, you can use your browser's Search function to find the specific titles.

When I know of an official website for a person, the name is highlighted and links to the site. There are alos links to known forums or mailing lists. These links are bold & underlined, to visually distinguish them from the title links. Two excellent resources for creator info are the Comic Creators Index and the Lambiek Comiclopedia.
