can release electricity from her body at will. That's the good news. The
bad news is that her friend is Oogleeoog, an invisible gremlin who is always
making trouble! This book contains the stories from the first four issues

Volume
2 (5-8). [From AiT/Planet Lar: Electric Girl
Volume 2 is a fun-filled collection of stories of the decidedly all-ages
comic book, Electric Girl. If having electrical powers doesn't complicate
a young girl's life as it is, add an invisible trouble-making gremlin into
the mix and then things will get very interesting. Electric Girl stars Virginia
(the young girl who happens to have the electrical powers), her dog Blammo,
and her invisible friend, the gremlin Oogleeoog, and chronicles their various
misadventures through life.] |
Volume 3 (9-10 + new material). [From AiT/Planet Lar: Electric Girl is the story of a girl, her dog, her invisible gremlin friend, Oogleeoog. Meet Virginia, an ordinary girl just trying to cope with her ordinary life and her ordinary adolescence. Ordinary, that is, if your idea of ordinary is having odd electrical powers and a mischievous gremlin causing you trouble! She lives at home with her parents and tries to lead a normal life, but Oogleeoog makes sure that rarely happens. As it is, she gets plenty of stares when she is caught talking to her invisible friend. Because of Oogleeoog's constant habit of trading barbs with Virginia, her friends assume that she gets into her cranky mood quite easily. Oogleeoog has been hanging around for as long Virginia can remember. He has told Virginia that he is a gremlin, and since Virginia doesn't know any other gremlins, she has taken Oogleeoog's word for this. As with all gremlins, at least as far as we know, Oogleeoog is at his happiest when he is causing mischief. Usually, it is at Virginia's expense, but not always. Oogleeoog chooses to show himself only to Virginia. He considers that to be the greatest gift of friendship that a gremlin can bestow upon a human being. As such, Oogleeoog feels that Virginia should be honored to have him around. nvisible friend, the gremlin Oogleeoog, and chronicles their various misadventures through life.] |
